Alith Framework Contribution Challenge: Empowering Web3 Developers to Shape the Future of Onchain AI

Metis is proud to announce a unique collaboration with LazAI and the Alith team to launch the Alith Framework Contribution Challenge, designed to empower developers passionate about building the next generation of decentralized AI applications. This initiative represents a significant step towards advancing AI innovation within the Metis ecosystem, and offers participants the opportunity to actively contribute, innovate, and earn rewards.

About the Challenge

LazAI has recently opened the Alith AI Agent Framework, a sophisticated toolset built specifically for developing decentralized, blockchain-native AI agents. Alith combines powerful inference optimizations, cross-chain capabilities, and developer-friendly SDKs (Python, Rust, Node.js) to enable seamless creation and deployment of AI-powered solutions across Web3 environments.

The Alith Framework Contribution Challenge invites developers to collaborate by contributing to three key areas:

1. Code Contributions:
   
   • Improve Alith’s core framework by resolving bugs, optimizing code, or enhancing existing features.

1. Agent Bot Development:
   
   • Create innovative AI agents such as Telegram AI assistants or cross-chain bots demonstrating Alith's capabilities.
     ‍

1. Technical Content Creation:
   
   • Develop educational resources, including tutorial videos, technical articles, or interactive demos on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), showcasing Alith usage and potential.
     ‍

Rewards & Recognition

A total prize pool of $1,000 worth of METIS tokens is available, distributed among participants with the most impactful and creative contributions. Selected submissions will also be highlighted across Metis and LazAI channels, offering substantial community recognition and future collaboration opportunities.

Key Dates

• Live Workshop: Join us for an exclusive live workshop on building with the Alith agent framework on Metis L2. This interactive session will be broadcasted on YouTube and X, scheduled for Monday, March 17.
• Final Submission Deadline: Contributions must be submitted by Wednesday, March 19.
• Winners Announcement: Selected winners, decided by a dedicated review committee comprising Developer Relations representatives from Metis, LazAI, and Alith, will be announced on Wednesday, March 26.
